Where is the meeting point?
Tickets for Zipline Vinarium are purchased at the ticket office of the Vinarium Tower in Lendava. There, you’ll sign a waiver form and proceed to the designated van, where our team will provide further instructions and take you to the starting point of the zipline ride. You can also bring a pre-signed waiver form: Zipline Vinarium Waiver of Use.
Are there any restrictions?
No prior experience is required to enjoy the Zipline Vinarium.
The ride is suitable for participants who:
- Are over 10 years old
- Weigh between 35 kg and 115 kg
- Do not suffer from psychological or physical conditions related to heights
- Do not pose any health or safety risks to themselves or others while using the
zipline
Children under the age of 15 may only participate with a parent or a responsible
adult.
Health and Safety Restrictions
Zipline Vinarium is not suitable for individuals who:
- Are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair physical or mental abilities
- Are smoking while wearing safety gear or using the zipline
- Suffer from spinal injuries
- Have high blood pressure or cardiovascular diseases
- Are pregnant
- Have epilepsy
How is my safety ensured?
All equipment used — including personal safety gear — complies with the EN 15667-1 safety standard. Our professionally trained staff will explain everything before the ride and ensure you’re fully prepared. The entire zipline operation is fully automated, minimizing human error. Before the descent, you’ll receive a full safety briefing and instruction on how to use the gear properly.
What does it mean that Zipline Vinarium is the only dual zipline in Slovenia?
Zipline Vinarium features two parallel zip cables, allowing two people to ride at the same time, side by side. Please note: tandem rides (on the same cable) are not possible. Each person rides on their own cable, but the experience is shared in parallel.
What if I'm afraid of heights?
Your safety is our top priority. You’ll be securely harnessed, and our trained team will brief you thoroughly before your ride. However, if you have a strong fear of heights or speed, we recommend not participating, as the experience could be overwhelming.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes (like sports shoes). Dress according to the weather. Long hair must be tied back in a ponytail.
What happens in case of bad weather?
